Senior Java Developer

The Role:

We are looking for high skilled and experienced Java developers to join a team engaged in creating top notch financial applications for our customers in the EMEA region.

As a successful Java developer, you have a specialist level of understanding and skill in developing a broad range of applications and proprietary solutions. You are comfortable working independently and be able to deliver top-quality, error-free work on time.

 What you will do:

·       Design, create, and implement Java-based applications.

·       Interpret briefs to create high-quality coding that functions according to specifications

·       Ensure that written code falls in line with the project objectives.

·       Interact and solve problems with other team members in the project.

·       Identify and resolve immediate and potential issues with applications.

·       Participate in group meetings to discuss projects and objectives and assist in finding the best path forward.

·       Meet deadlines on fast-paced deliverables

Your Skill set:

·       At least 4 years' experience in Java-based programming.

·       Expert level knowledge in Java, J2EE, JSP, Microservices, Servlet, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Webservices, Hibernate, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX and JSON.

·       Experience developing software in an Agile Scrum environment

·       Strong knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, & Data Structures.

·       Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

·       Ability to work with other developers and assist junior team members. Meticulous at both analysis and execution.
